A fabulous location to explore the peaks of the lake district by car, plenty of lay-bys or small parking areas, some in walking distance, beautiful surrounding views , nearby town is Keswick plenty of great pubs and local food.A fantastic week’s stay.

We had a lovely stay and we felt at home. The Lodge is in a great position to visit the north West part of the lake district, and you could walk to Keswick in 10 minutes. The views are stunning and the surrounding areas are so peaceful.
