This well-appointed, three bedroomed log cabin is superbly situated at the foot of Skiddaw and offers panoramic views of the Helvellyn range. Burnside Park is a well maintained woodland site, within easy walking distance of Keswick town centre, making the lodge an ideal base for enjoying the many amenities of this delightful market town.

Loved the lodge nice and quiet location. It was about 20 mins walk into Keswick. Close to a delightful pub The Pheasant Inn less than 5 min walk. It serves great food and drinks. The staff are nice and friendly. There is a diner across the road from the pub but didn’t try it out. It looked very popular especially with the bikers.The only complaint with the lodge was the internet connection. Basically didn’t really have it. Connected and disconnected intermittently. Funnily enough it was great on the Monday on the day we left!I think maybe it’s a case of too many users at the weekend we were there.All that said it didn’t ruin the holiday for us and wouldn’t stop us going back or recommending it.
