Guests say

The Old Workshop in Keswick receives high praise for its modern, spacious interiors, well-equipped kitchen, and multiple bathrooms. Its central location is appreciated for convenience, despite some street noise and limited parking. Guests value the cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful touches, including a welcome pack, though its presence is not guaranteed for every stay.

Guests consistently describe the property as very clean and spotless, indicating a high standard of cleanliness throughout the cottage.

The central location is highly regarded for its proximity to shops, pubs, and local attractions, with easy access to the town centre and nearby park, although some guests mention minor street noise.

The cottage is frequently described as comfortable and cosy, with ample space for guests and pets. However, a few guests found the mattresses too soft, slightly affecting the comfort score.

Facilities are generally praised, especially the well-equipped kitchen and the number of bathrooms. Some guests noted limitations such as a small fridge and no outside space, but these were not major detractions.

Many reviews mention a welcome pack and other homely touches that contribute to a pleasant stay. While these are greatly appreciated, it should be noted that such gifts are kindly provided but not guaranteed.

Excellent property in a great position for access to central Keswick. Only drawback was the very poor internet speed, the TV has no aerial so depends on the internet connection, thus if the kids were trying to use the internet the Telly stopped working.Would I book again 100% yes.

Would absolutely recommend the Old Workshop. Alot of care and thought has gone into this accommodation and it has a lovely home from home feel about it. Was perfect for our weekend family break.
