Saddleback Cottage in Keswick offers a great location with comfortable beds and ample space. It is well-equipped for a pleasant stay, though some guests suggest it could benefit from a touch of refurbishment and maintenance.
There is no specific mention of cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide a score for this category.
The location is consistently praised as being good or great, indicating a high level of satisfaction among guests.
Guests find the beds very comfortable, but the presence of only one shower in an ensuite reduces convenience for larger groups or friends sharing.
Facilities are adequate with everything needed for a stay, but issues with shower temperature control, blunt knives, and a need for blinds and general maintenance suggest room for improvement.
There are no mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness, so this score cannot be provided.

House is average. There needs to be blinds up at the front windows and the shower is feeble. The house needs some tlc and looks tired.Having said that, it is in a great location.
