An excellent example of a solid late Victorian home. Good size accommodation, very comfortable. It is spotless and although the decor and fittings are dated that seems to add to its charm, modernised it would be an amazing house. While we were there street parking not an issue but having the space available is probably essential in Keswick especially in busy summer months. It is almost totally booked for remainder of year so that probably indicates its appeal and we would go again if we could get in!Heating works well but owner clearly very concerned about cost saving. Personally if it’s an issue suggest small price increase and fewer instructions and requests.🙂
