It was the perfect base for us to enjoy a lovely family Christmas. Richard was a great host, communicative, friendly and provided lots of thoughtful little extras which were really appreciated. I also loved the area around Keswick and definitely plan to visit again in the future. Many Thanks.

Everything in the house is of good standard and has everything you need for your stay. We did not want to leave this fantastic property one of the best we have stayed at. Very well maintained and clean, including the lovely garden areas. The owner rang us before we came to check we had received directions on how to get their, and was very easy to communicate with. All in all a great place to holiday, even the weather was kind to us. We would not hesitate to come back.
