Guests that stayed at this property said

The majority of guests find the apartment to be spotlessly clean, with only a few isolated incidents of cleanliness concerns, such as unwashed cutlery or a damp smell. These seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.

The apartment's location is consistently praised for being central and convenient, within walking distance to Keswick's shops, restaurants, and natural attractions, making it a highly desirable feature for guests.

Guests describe the apartment as comfortable, well-furnished, and spacious. Some minor discomforts are mentioned, such as issues with heating control and a lack of fans during hot weather, but overall, the comfort level is high.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the apartment being well-equipped. However, several reviews mention maintenance issues such as broken appliances, lighting problems, and lift malfunctions, which impacts the score.

There is insufficient information regarding thoughtful touches like gifts to accurately assess this category. No reviews mention gifts or special extras that would indicate a level of thoughtfulness from the hosts.

. thank goodness the lift was working as I had just come out of hospital with a broken pelvis. We had a couple of suggestions, which we aired in the comments book... 1. The parking space was not wide enough, as we had a Transit van parked in number 12 for most of the week. 2. The central heating controls were not explained.. the bedrooms got very cold in the evening/night and the electric fire only worked on the 2kW setting (very noisy). 3. There were no blankets etc. that we could use at night, when it got really cold in the bedrooms. 4. On one of the beds, the fitted sheet was not deep enough, and kept coming off. Apart from those things, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

We love the location and all of the facilities within the apartment. There were a couple of maintenance issues i.e. the ball valve in the medium sized rooms toilet was broken and there were a couple of lightbulbs that needed replacing, but this did not distract from us having a wonderful time. We are already planning on returning in November for the Keswick Christmas Light switch on.
