The positives with fern view,Very clean, comfortable and very well equiped ,and despite being very close to the busy A66 road you can not hear any traffic noise inside the lodge very quiet site while we were there.Not so positiveAllthough in walking distance of Keswick town you do have to cross a very busy road to do so.

A lovely comfy accommodation only downside was the steep steps up to the property. Overall good value for money, well equipped property.
