Beautiful location to watch the sunset on the terrace or through the huge picture window. Also got lucky with a morning of rainbows over Keswick town. Cleanliness is ok but a deep clean could bring that up to very good quite easily. The side garden gate is not secure and was easily blown open when windy - take care if leaving dogs / children unattended.Beds & sofas all very comfortable and kitchen has everything needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

First time staying at this property with large family. We were impressed with the high standard of finish throughout the property. Lots of space to use both internally and externally.Especially appreciated the quiet location, within walking distance of town and ample off street parking. Only niggle being the side gate didn’t shut properly and frequently blew open.

Lovely property on edge of Keswick with stunning views in the sunshine. We particularly liked the front patio to sit in an evening and watch the sunset, the open plan space, location (although it is a bit of a climb back up from Keswick), 3 bathrooms, comfy beds, enclosed garden for toddler and dog, use of large garage space for storage of pushchair, walking equipment etc and overall presentation. We felt it was satisfactorily clean but could do with a deep clean (shower cubicles, floor under the oven door, window cills, oven, very dusty under furniture which was easy to move to get under it). However, overall a good stay and we would stay again.
