A smart, cosy and tidy upstairs apartment. All very modern and well-looked after. The kitchen had a modern reliable oven and hob, modern bathroom with smart efficient shower. The lounge-diner was comfortable and spacious and the bedrooms were fine, with a comfortable double bed. Plenty of room for two people. I really liked the location. Very central with a short walk to the town centre but quiet at night. Had been warned that parking close to the property might be a problem as there's only on-street parking available. I guess it might be an issue in high season, but we were there in April and never had any difficulty getting a space either right outside or nearby in the same street. Overall I found it an excellent base for Keswick, which is a great little town and for walking in the fells. Plenty of mountain and lakeside walks within a short drive. Enjoyed the views of Skiddaw at the end of the street from the bedroom window, and loved the evening sun in the living room.

It was lovely. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed even down to tupperware boxes in the kitchen which were much appreciated as we're trying to think about the environment and not buy meal deals for lunch. The bath was very much appreciated after a day on the fells. Literally nothing to complain about. Would highly recommend a stay here.
