Catbells Cottage in Keswick offers a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, beautifully decorated with a range of appliances. Its prime location is just a short walk from the main street. Guests appreciate the unexpected Christmas decorations, though experiences with comfort due to temperature and noise vary.

The cottage received mixed feedback on cleanliness. One guest mentioned the kitchen and bathroom were not up to standard, with rough towels and a broken oven knob, suggesting room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for being well-placed with nice views and just a few minutes' walk from Keswick Main Street, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

Comfort received mixed reviews. While the cottage is described as cosy and welcoming, guests reported issues with cold temperatures and an uncomfortable bed, as well as noise from the street.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with mentions of a variety of appliances like an air fryer and toastie maker. However, there are comments about the need for maintenance, such as a broken oven knob.

While guests were pleasantly surprised by the Christmas decorations, there is no mention of gifts or other thoughtful gestures that could be expected on a regular basis, hence the score cannot be determined.
