Please note that although the property does not accept pets, the owner do on occasion take their own dog and so the property would not be suitable for anyone with an allergy.. The Hollies is a former gentleman’s residence which has more recently been converted into superb quality apartments. Number 3 is on the 1st floor and has incredible views from most rooms. The Hollies is situated in what is believed to be the oldest part of Keswick and probably the quietest, yet is only a minutes walk from the town centre and its many amenities. The property offers a very high standard and guests are sure to enjoy a most comfortable stay around peaceful surroundings, with the benefit of private parking and everything on the doorstep.
Please note: Although the shower in the bathroom is placed above a bath, only the shower can be used. Please do not use the bath.

Spacious and comfortable, cosy and a great location. Parking is a bonus ofcourse . The decor is a little tired and the kitchen and bathroom could do with some attention but I feel this is reflected in the price . Well equipped kitchen, broken bath tap and lack of plug may be a little inconvenient for some but the overhead shower is efficient and served us well. Cannot get a better location for all of Keswick facilities and the views are first rate. We have stayed here twice and despite its shortcomings, we would stay again.

This was our 10th stay at 3 The Hollies. Sorry to say it has gone downhill. It was not clean and was very shabby with torn blinds, dusty and generally dirty. While the location is great with on site parking, we were really disappointed at the state the place was in. We went to the office to let them know and show them photos, they told us someone would come the next day to clean, however nobody turned up. We have since seen other reviews saying similar

We have stayed at the Hollies numerous times and have always enjoyed our stay, unfortunately the apartment has now reached a point where it is in need of some major attention. On this occasion we found a kitchen door hanging off, the kitchen ceiling needed painting following what looked like a leak, sealant around the bath was black and looked unsightly and you could write your name in the dust on the TV stand! Location and views from the apartment are excellent and somewhat made up for our disappointment.
