Please note that although the property does not accept pets, the owner do on occasion take their own dog and so the property would not be suitable for anyone with an allergy.. The Hollies is a former gentleman’s residence which has more recently been converted into superb quality apartments. Number 3 is on the 1st floor and has incredible views from most rooms. The Hollies is situated in what is believed to be the oldest part of Keswick and probably the quietest, yet is only a minutes walk from the town centre and its many amenities. The property offers a very high standard and guests are sure to enjoy a most comfortable stay around peaceful surroundings, with the benefit of private parking and everything on the doorstep.

The property needs urgent maintenance. The bathroom sealant is terrible as is the lack of working mechanical ventilation. The radiators in the kitchen and bathroom are woefully inadaquate, making both rooms very cold. The above have also been raised by many previous visitors in the guests log book, but no action has been taken.

Superb location, fully equipped flat in the heart of Keswick. The bed was very comfortable and quiet 😉. Pubs are a minute away. The allocated parking is a godsend, and we will be staying again as its the perfect base to explore. I've stayed in many places in Keswick, but this is the one that ticks the boxes most fully for me.

As a base for hiking or walking and exploring the nearby fells, it is perfect as it is within 1 minute of all that the lovely town of Keswick offers. Yes, it could do with a bit of tlc, and I do only mean a bit, but I would recommend 3 The Hollies as great value holiday accommodation for your money.
