We really enjoyed out stay at 18 Elm Court. It had everything we needed. It was clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped. It is in a great location, lovely and quiet, with a dedicated parking space which is much needed when staying in Keswick. I would recommend this property.

We don’t often use agencies as we prefer to book directly however this cottage was perfect for our needs , warm, comfortable , really well equipped. The beds & pillows were confortable & it was all very clean . The instructions given by Cottages.com were excellent & the parking place was a huge bonus . The dishwasher & washing machine were a surprise as unexpected for the price & we didn’t used them over 4 nights . The grill pan hadn’t been cleaned however we didn’t use it so noissue but maybe report to housekeeping . The cottage generally was super clean . The fire didn’t seem very efficient but better than nothing , and the house was generally quite warm anyway . All in all we would stay again very happily . Perfect town location but very quiet .
