Keswick, renowned for its spectacular setting and surrounded by mountains, is the perfect base to enjoy a holiday in the northern Lake District. If you don’t wish to venture far, take a stroll through the town with its many outdoor and speciality shops, friendly pubs, cafés and restaurants. Shop, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

    Lovely apartment in a great location. The apartment is well equipped and was very clean. It is in a great spot, close to Booths supermarket, shops and the bus stop, which are all just an easy walk to get to. We liked it so much we are returning to this apartment in October 2026.

    12A Elm Court is ideal for two people. It's in a quiet location but right in the centre of town, handy for the bus station and supermarkets, and local restaurants and take aways. The footpath to Portinscale starts just round the corner, so it's ideal for walks along Derwentwater and in the Newlands Valley, and the flat is warm and comfortable and well equipped.

    We had a wonderful time in Keswick. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Derwentwater and a two minute walk from the market and bus stop. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We were able to cook a lot of meals there. We will definitely come back to this area again.
