Check in was after 3pm was after 3pm but had still not received the code for key lock, owner was not returning messages (understand if at work etc) cottages.com provided information.Lodge had most of everything you require for stay away from home. Lack of instructions for using heating, cooker, wifi and hot tub but luckily eventually figured them out.Welcome book would have been handy to include above information and local amenities around area etc.Previous cottages.com holidays I have been on this has always been provided.

Not a fault of the accomodation but while we were there the site had no provision for recycling.The lodge itself too be honest is a wee bit tired and in need of a wee bit tlc and the 2 single beds def need replacing as very uncomfortable.Overall we enjoyed our stay the location was ideal for what we wanted to do
