Great to have private bathrooms in all the bedrooms. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Great facilities including a boot room with washing machine and drier. Parking spaces were great as this can be an issue in Keswick. Outdoor space, including 2 picnic benches was a bonus. Very well located, walking distance to town centre. Owners were very helpful.

A short walk into the centre of Keswick and all the facilities; 7 bedrooms and all en suite and TVs, too; comfortable furnishings, great kitchen and absolutely all facilities you could want for a warm and dry, or cold and wet stay...we've had both! Lots of parking space for 4 or 5 cars. Dropped a star on maintenance but it only needed a loo seat tightened and a tap that was loose....both sorted by the owners when we reported them. Can't wait to go back next year!

Having a shower in each room is a huge advantage, and the kitchen is mostly well equipped. The younger generation were disappointed not to find remotes for the bedroom TVs, and the WiFi signal keeps cutting out. It seems a petty complaint; after a busy day, it is nice to watch TV sometimes, and the TV set-up is disappointing.
