As you enter the shared entrance into the hallway of this impressive and welcoming house, you will find your private entrance on the first floor. Entering the apartment into the hall, you will find the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner opposite the entrance. There is comfortable seating and a Smart TV for you to log into your Netflix account and watch a movie or enjoy a series. There is an electric wall mounted fire and a dining table for all to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, a small fridge with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. Down the hallway from the lounge there is the pretty twin bedroom, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside, in front of the house there is a shared garden with seating overlooking the Borrowdale Valley and fells. There is private parking for one car in the car park just 15 metres from the property. You are able to park at the front of the cottage to unload and load your car. The farm café/shop (seasonal opening) are within walking distance. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. 1 bathroom bath with shower over and WC. Kitchen electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Smart TV in the lounge. Private parking for one car in the small car park within walking distance. External slate built outbuilding, with combination lock, available for bike or sports equipment storage. . Shared garden with seating and fell views. Farm café/shop (seasonal opening) are within walking distance.. 3 country pubs within 1 mile of the property. There are alternative routes to Rosthwaite available from Braithwaite or from Grange. From these two start points, route to Buttermere via the Newlands pass. Once in Buttermere, take the B5289 to Rosthwaite via the Honister pass..
