Overall was a good place to stay, location amazing. Needs a spring clean, but was generally OK. Well equipped. Biggest issue for us was beds, which were not comfortable at all; didn't sleep well. Mattresses need to be replaced; wouldn't stay again until I was sure that had been done. If it was, I would recommend.

Thank you for the wonderful welcome pkg we received on arrival it was much appreciated. Court house is a great cottage for location to a lovely town with a market and castle etc. it was a spacious cottage for all of us.However the cleaners are definitely not doing their jobs properly as there is numerous web and dust in places. The most disgusting thing was went a humongous bits black junk in the drain of the shower upstairs when tried to get the water to drain better. We left this for cleaners to see but I doubt whether the owner would get a look at it. My other dig I am afraid is that someone needs to go through all the stuff that’s in the cupboards for the residents to use to amuse themselves. Half of it is broken ie the connect4 as an example and should be removed as it’s disappointing to go to use and not be able to..

We enjoyed a wonderful week at court house and were blessed with fantastic weather! The location was excellent and we enjoyed riverside walks, hay market and swimming at the warren all just short walks from the front door. Further afield we enjoyed the waterfall walk in Brecon and pen y fan and sugar loaf. The house was large and spacious and very well equipped for the 7 of us (4 adults and 3 teens). The garden, whilst small, was perfect for us and was an added bonus with us eating in the garden several times. We would definitely recommend as a wonderful place to stay.
