High Croft House is nestled down a sleepy lane around a mile from the centre of Stroud. The lane was not always this sleepy, it has a colourful past as it was once famous for being the best location in the area to practice and participate in archery competitions. When you venture out to go and visit the local weekly farmers market or have a wonder around the shops and cafes in the town centre look out for the old toll gate complete with the toll charge board at the end of the lane.

High Croft House is an intriguing holiday cottage blending the traditional and the stylish. An abundance of beams, stone walls and character can be found all around this beautiful home. The traditional Inglenook fireplace with log burner is the focal point of the ground floor. It makes a great place to settle with a cup of tea to warm up after taking a walk on the common.

The three bedrooms and two bathrooms reside on the first and second floor of this gorgeous home and can be reached via a choice of two staircases at either end of the cottage. There are two spacious super-king bedrooms as well as a twin room that can be perfect for children.

The steeply-tiered impressive back garden boasts plenty of space and multiple socialising areas for all to enjoy. The top deck position under an open sided oak barn provides the perfect spot for a sundowner G&T or BBQ to enjoy the sun setting over the stunning views.
