You’ll be just 2 miles from the coastal charm of Frinton-on-Sea and Walton-on-the-Naze, two neighbouring seaside towns with gorgeous sandy beaches, beach huts and plenty of wildlife. You’ll have delightful views over Hamford Water National Nature Reserve from the property, which is lovely for birdwatching, dog walking and serene morning jogs.

Character meets comfort inside this charming annexe, which has a cosy open-plan living area for meal prep, leisurely dining and relaxing with a good book. This space has dual-aspect windows letting plenty of light in, including double doors leading outside. Head up the wooden stairs to reach a spacious living and bedroom area in the eves. You could also take a boat trip from Titchmarsh Marina to explore the local backwaters and, if you’re lucky, spot some resident seals.
