Frinton On Sea offers the perfect seaside day out with its sandy beach, promenade colourful Victorian style huts (some available to hire), lawn tennis, golf & cricket clubs; Walton On The Naze, well known for its pier, being the second longest in the country, its yacht club and marina, The Naze, also offers fantastic walks, nature reserves, bird & seal watching to name a few. Further afield is the lovely Beth Chatto Gardens at Elmstead Market, on your way to the town of Colchester with the castle and the magnificent Tudor Layer Marney Towers. Visit Constable Country and view the scenes and houses painted by John Constable. The Sir Alfred Munnings' house and Museum.
