Offering the perfect place to get away from it all by enjoying a spot of lunch in the local cafe on the harbour, where you can sit and watch the comings and goings of all the boats. The property is ideally placed to explore the Essex coast and countryside, from quaint seaside villages to thriving market towns, Essex has something for all. Local National Trust properties include Paycocke s House and Gardens at Coggeshall and Bourne Mill at Colchester. Other attractions nearby include The Beth Chatto Gardens, Colchester Zoo and the Colne Valley Railway at Sible Hedingham. Head up the stairs to the first floor, you will find the master double bedroom on your right, which has plenty of storage for your belongings in the wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom is opposite and has a bath with shower over and WC. The kitchen is next along and is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine. The open plan lounge/diner completes the property. There is a dining table and four chairs perfect should you wish to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, and the lounge area with a love chair and armchair and a Smart TV, the perfect spot to relax. There is a balcony off the lounge area, which provides a lovely outdoor area for you to relax and unwind. There is a table and two chairs should you wish to enjoy some al fresco dining outside. There is secured allocated parking for one car. Need to know: 1 bedroom double. Bathroom. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. Nespresso Coffee machine (Pods not provided). Owner only accepts short breaks between 1st November 1st March each year.
