A very nice lodge in beautiful surroundings. It had everything we needed and the welcome pack was very generous. Our dog loved being out and about in the grounds. I would add one thing, but it is not a criticism of the lodge or the company at all. If you are a wheelchair user, it is accessible via a temporary ramp and everything inside is on one level with wide doorways and spaces, etc, but it is not adapted. So there are no handrails, etc. For most people not an issue.

The lodge itself is in a lovely locations and this is my third visit to the site. The lodge was clean and tidy upon arrival with a nice welcome basket and handful of essentials for the 9 days I stayed here. There are a few things in the property are starting to look a little tired now, broken handles and knives from the kitchen utensils draws, decking a little worn and odd bits broken. I book this location because it’s usually quiet around fireworks night and I have a dog who is terrified of them and loud bangs, However this year there were a lot of fireworks and then a day shooting on site which we didn’t know about until the day before which distressed my dog. Would recommend but feel it needs a it of a revamp in some things

Our third time coming here as we love the peace and tranquility. Lodge is so well equipped and the smart TVs were a welcome upgrade. Dogs very content there too, will be back.
