Lovely quiet park overlooking the golf course The hot tub was great and undercover which was good as it snowed on our last day

The lodge itself was very spacious, clean comfortable beds , the layout was nice & it was Very warm inside with the heating however i found multiple things not quite nice fornthe money we paid as i found cobwebs absolutely everywhere, squashed fly marks all over the ceiling, broken blinds , broken floor boards which i slipped on , the hot tub was filthy all around the edges & rubbering black bits floating around in it which me & wife cleaned ourselves so our kids could get in it which i was not happy about. The showers was not hot one bit & was literally just warm at the hottest point of the tap. The check in for me was the worse part as you cant check in until 5pm which is a entire day gone so you aren’t getting that day for what you pay & then you have to be out for 9am which is incredible & for me i checked in at 5pm which apparently gives the cleaners all day to clean it but yet I still walked into a lodge with all the things i listed above. Overall its a good place but the lodges need a huge deep clean in the entire lodge & some repairs before i would come back here as i paid alot to stay here.
