Me and my partner stayed at the peacock on the pin for 3 nights, so what can we say about our stay, well first impressions what a unique little gem of a place, converted double garage, with every thing you need, lovely kitchen area with everything you want from cooking oil, to ketchup and salt and pepper, lovely little coffee maker with good selection of pods, lovely king size bed with lovely bedding, lovely stand in shower, hot tub was amazing,in it every night with nice soft lighting, I must say the unique point of detail with the peacocks inside the room was a added touch, really charming,, the only few things that we can say negative are, tv freezing, and no local pub as stated on website, but you can visit the golf club house which was a lovely walk and lovely sitting area over looking golf course.Good value for money, we would stay again, thank you, Donna and Kevin

We loved it, what a little treasure of a place, some people have said it’s small, we think it’s perfectly formed and I would only change one thing and that is move the shelf above the sink so one can brush one’s teeth properly 😉 lovely bottle of bubbles left for us, thank you very much. Bed was comfy and we both slept well. Shower is nice but not overly powerful, I found the hand held best when I washed my hair. And the hot tub is absolutely perfect for two we enjoyed using this every day. It’s very peaceful unless they’re mowing the grass on the second green. If you’re a golfer it’s so close to Braintree golf course and we had a wonderful time playing the course. I highly recommend reversing into the private parking spot as there isn’t acres of space there. All in all it’s a 10 out of 10 from us. ☺️

We loved our 3-night stay at Peacock on the Pin. Lovely, quiet area but just a short drive from Braintree where there are several places to enjoy a nice email. We found the bed to be very comfy and the hot tub was the perfect addition!
