On-road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 4 large steps in the garden. There is an unfenced pond in the garden.. Upstairs, the cottage offers a light double bedroom, a comfortable twin room, and a bathroom with both a bath and separate shower cubicle.
Market Overton is a friendly, historic village surrounded by beautiful Rutland countryside. The Lodge Trust, located in the village, is a peaceful spot for a stroll, with a café and small animal area, and a welcoming place to support a local charity. Stunning village location.Lovely cottage ideal for two. Good facilities within the cottage with lovely decor touches made it feel really homely. Garden though small did need some tender care.We were only here for 4 days should have stayed for longer but would have then needed a washing machine.

Lovely cottage in a very friendly village. Would definately recommend this. Lovely welcome pack to set us up for first couple of days. Cottage has everything you could possibly need.
