The location was very quiet yet near to the station and all of Oakham’s amenities. The property was spotless and the welcome pack was excellent. Many thanks to the owners for their hospitality and their organisational skills.

Everything was spotless and extremely welcoming and comfortable. The owners are super hosts. Val provided everything - and more - to make our stay relaxing and lovely. We had the most marvellous time - as ever. Thank you so much.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of everything that Oakham has to offer. We were told initially that the only place to keep our bicycles would be outside in the enclosed back yard, but in practice they fitted easily into the cupboard underneath the stairs accessed from the kitchen.
