Spend time relaxing in the sitting room around the electric woodburning effect fire, a stylish and neutrally decorated room making a lovely spot to snuggle up in front of the Smart TV and watch a family-favourite film. Move up onto the first floor to find the two bedrooms, made up of a master king-size and a twin, both home to natural hues creating a warm and welcoming aura, they offer the perfect spots to catch up on your rest. In between both bedrooms you can find the Jack-and-Jill bathroom, boasting a bath and a shower over, you can choose how best to prepare for your day before heading outside to sip on a coffee in your enclosed courtyard. Take a stroll into Oakham to be greeted by a wonderful range of amenities, from the simplicities of shops and eateries, to wider historical wonders including a wonderful castle, the Rutland County Museum with archaeological, agricultural & crime exhibits and a lovely church, there's plenty to explore here. Be sure to visit the Rutland Farm Park for a day out the little ones won't forget, or take a scenic stroll around the heritage site of Cutts Close Park, with various events taking place in the summer months including dog events, carnivals and fun fairs. Slightly further afield is the beauty of the Rutland Water Nature Reserve, providing one of Great Britain's most important wildfowl sanctuaries, a wide range of wonderful wildlife and a plethora of watersporting opportunities canoeing, sailing, fishing and even an in-water obstacle course!
