We had a great stay and Rob was very helpful and responsive to messages. It’s a well equipped property with lots of amenities on the doorstep but also only a short drive away from places to visit.

Perfect base to explore delightful Southwell, loved my mug of tea sat outside on very comfy outdoor sofa reading in the sunshine.Large bath was great and sofa and large footstool very comfy as was the quality bedding with extra throws if cool. Very nice Master Chess Cafe in town and I can recommend the Rita's delight with Queen Bee honey the owner's bees produce also the butcher F Donaldsons made a lovely sandwich to take and eat whilst in the Palace Gardens at the Minister. The Minister itself is beautiful and the gargoyle chamber, as I call it, is a must to see......all in all Southwell is definitely worth a visit and definitely worth staying at the Coach House.....I hope to revisit.....

We had a lovely time at the cottage. We would have preferred to be able to be in control of the time the blinds in the kitchen opened and shut, being it so near the pavement.All other amenities were very good.
