Enjoying a superb location with Clumber Park, Sherwood Pines, Newark, Lincoln and Nottingham all a short drive. Whether as a touring base, for business or somewhere to sit back and relax, this lovely property is ideal for all. Superbly appointed with lots of space and a lovely wood burner to sit back and relax in front of on a winters evening. There are terraces to the front and rear, meaning you can enjoy a coffee in the morning sun. The area is popular for cyclists and walkers, with good routes straight from the door and a pub for food and drink ½ mile away for refreshments after a day exploring. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Perfect cottage for two people to relax and enjoy a quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.Modern yet cosy and very nicely decorated and furnished. Much more spacious than the website photos suggest and that’s a good thing. Having two horses as neighbours was a real treat, as were the constant visits of the birds eating at the feeders out side the window.I would have liked to have seen some sort of decent music system (Sonos or similar) to listen to music on but apart from that it was perfect.
