The Stables Cottage in Newark offers a peaceful retreat with ample space for families and their pets. Guests appreciate the en-suite accommodations, the well-equipped kitchen, and the prompt service from the site manager. While some find the cottage a bit tired, its charm and the stunning surroundings make it a great base for exploring the Lincolnshire countryside.

The cottage is generally found to be clean, though one review mentioned it being 'dated'. No specific complaints about cleanliness were noted, suggesting a satisfactory level of hygiene.

While the reviews mention the peaceful surroundings and the cottage being a good base for walks, there is not enough detailed information on the location to provide a specific score.

The cottage is praised for its space and the private bathrooms, but there are comments about small beds and the need for mattress replacements, indicating some areas of discomfort.

Facilities are described as varied and well-equipped, with en-suite bathrooms adding convenience. However, there are mentions of the kitchen equipment being dated and a shower that requires manual handling, suggesting room for improvement.

There are no mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.
