Overall not a friendly experience, at check in had to wait 20 mins at gate as owner wouldn’t open without one of us leaving the car At the gate and walking to fetch the key, Needed help with broken plug and felt to much to ask.. not a friendly vibe, I wouldn’t return based off this, Lots of repairs needed and replacements for example the bedding has seen better days didn’t feel clean due to this, The mattresses was lumpy and bumpy, the double bed needed replacing as it has bowed in the middle, I seen this on multiple reviews mind it still hasn’t been changed in 9 months of multiple reviews on the same thing Just be mindful of this when booking you feel silly asking them about anythingHeating is also set at 24 degrees, this shouldn’t be limited ..hot tub set at 35 degrees? Because of health when I asked I’m sorry but a hot tub by law has to be at 37.5 at minimum temperature for your health that’s to cold, unhelpful
