I felt like i was in an Ikea house. Itemized invoice not provide when requested need for travel voucher, only online single charge was available. Hope I get reimbursed. Switching houses on day of checkin was confusing when dealing with two different people, best to deal with 1 person.

The kitchen had JUST ENOUGH equipment but one of the frying pans was so used it was not practical and the another was missing a lid - again this doesn't seem like a huge problem but it meant that I had to cook various elements of meals separately and keep them warm which was annoying. I feel that the house was cleaner when we left it than when we arrived and there was also a problem with the bins (not taken by the council because the wrong waste had been put in it) which had not been sorted by the owner/cleaner the previous week -therefore we sorted it so that we could recycle our waste. Finally the washing machine was in a little bike store in the back garden which was a bit odd. The property was fine but the maintenance of it was lacking. We expected more from a Sykes property.
