The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have recommended this property to all our friends who visit Lincolnshire.

The location was rural and peaceful and the owners helped us find a local walk from the door, so we did not have to use our car for the first few relaxing days. We had groceries delivered and planned our days out exploring the Wolds villages and walks. A much needed break, made more memorable by the patience and courtesy of our hosts, who even promptly returned an item we had inadvertently left behind at departure. Thank you again.

Nice & cosy & very clean with everything you need for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Downstairs loo was a bonus & having a bath & separate shower suited us just fine. Very friendly hosts always on hand if you have any queries.
