Brand new for 2021 is this stunning open plan modern hotel suite lodge. This mini lodge is our take on luxury glamping. With a double bed, shower room, kitchenette and lounge area, doors leading to a private decked area with BBQ, garden furniture, and outdoor hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring. Pets accepted in select accommodations. Within the kitchenette there is a microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer and small fridge. Please note: This accommodation does not have WI-FI.

Check in was a joke a guy sat at a desk and continued talking to other people while we stood there for 10 minutes waiting. Was almost given directions to the wrong lodge until they realised it was the wrong map!. Lodge its self was clean enough the advertising pictures make them look bigger then they are. Was extremely compact for 2 adults and a small dog id hate to have had a bigger dog in there. Had plates and cups and cutlery to use but there was only 1 table knife?. Not a great deal to do on site and the onsite bar and reception closed at 5 if needed anything after then and before 9 am was told send a Facebook message!!. Not exactly ideal what if you dont have Facebook? How would you get assistance then. I dont think id return at all im afraid.

Booked here for 3 nights, the lodge was nice and the hot tub was good. Great value for money. The location wasn’t too far from Caistor either, so we drove there for a takeaway one night rather than cooking all 3 nights. Our only issues were that the kitchen had no curtains so anyone could see all the way through to us sleeping in bed. There was only 2 pillows each which wouldn’t be an issue if they weren’t so flat, I had to use my own clothes underneath to be able to sleep comfortably. Finally, for a 3 night stay we were given only one toilet roll, which we didn’t realise until our last night around 7pm when we ran out! Other than this, our stay was nice but definitely needs a few changes here and there

Excellent from the minute we arrived. Accommodation was clean and accessible. Hot tub was amazing and was used alot during our stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly and were very quick to fix any issues. Lovely pub at the end of the driveway with great atmosphere. Would 100% return to this site.
