The hot tub is cleaned, checked, and refilled with fresh water after each guest. This can result in the hot tub taking a few hours to heat up so please be aware of this on the day of your arrival.

the lodge was very clean and well equipped, my only criticism was the balcony wasn’t cleaned, and furniture were full of cobwebs, but nothing a broom didn’t sort out! It had hot tub but we didn’t use ours, but it was checked daily! For us the balcony would have been better without it, loungers would have been better but I’m sure other holiday makers use it! There wasn’t an umbrella either, so due to the heatwave we were unable to sit on decking! It is a lovely place but the A17 was very noisy at times, but still found it relaxing nonetheless! Would we return, yes definitely!

Very roomy and comfortable, i prefer a high backed sofa as have a neck strain but that is a personal thing, other than that i couldnt fault it.
