Guests appreciated the comfortable living areas, well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful garden, with easy access to nearby Holbeach for amenities. While the cottage is generally clean and homely, some guests noted areas needing attention, such as flaking paint, minor maintenance issues, and a need for clearer information on local amenities and waste disposal. Overall, visitors enjoyed their stay and would return, highlighting the cottage's value and relaxing atmosphere.

Most guests found the cottage clean and tidy, but several reviews mentioned issues such as leftover food in appliances, rust, and missed rubbish under beds. These detracted from an otherwise positive impression.

The cottage's peaceful rural setting was highly praised, with easy access to Holbeach and lovely countryside views. Guests enjoyed the tranquillity and proximity to nature.

Guests found the cottage comfortable and homely, with good living spaces and amenities. However, some mentioned uncomfortable mattresses and small double beds as areas for improvement.

The cottage is well-equipped with appliances and TVs, but several guests noted a lack of certain kitchen utensils, crockery, and minor maintenance issues such as flaking paint and a leaking shower.

While guests appreciated responsive communication from the host and thoughtful touches like USB sockets, several mentioned the absence of an information pack or welcome folder. No gifts were mentioned, so these cannot be guaranteed.

It was a lovely Quaint little cottage, every thing you needed, the only done side was the small Double Beds, we were only sorry to have to cut our visit short, due to a family member taken I'll.

Huntspill cottage was in a lovely tranquil setting with some amazing views of the fields and country side, as previous reviews has stated the propity inside needs a little TLC with paint flaking off walls ect but that doesnt detire you from having a lovely stay/break away. All in all we had a lovley break.
