What a lovely place! Spacious and well equipped house and a gorgeous big garden. Excellent for families with children as alongside the large games barn with a pool table, dart board and much more, there are plenty of games, toys and activities to keep young people and families entertained the whole stay. Comfortable beds, smart TV and decent WiFi. We were sad not to get to use the log burner but couldn't really justify that in August, even on the rainy days. Would stay again and highly recommend, Sadie was a great host.

The sat nav route took us out of the way down backroads and was interesting. The owner met us at the property and showed us around. Although "out of the way" a local small town had everything you needed to supplement the very nice welcome pack left by Sadie.all in all, a very enjoyable stay with the games room and pool table being very well received. The enclosed garden was perfect for our famIly dog allowing us to relax knowing she was safe. For future reference the owners may wish to consider installing a hot tub which would really add to the property.

The house was spacious and comfortable and well equipped. The garden was large and well maintained plus there was a games room (out building) in the garden which had plenty of games for everyone.The location was rural with lovely views over farmland and a lovely doggy walk close by.
