Spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need was provided. The cottage is comfortable and cosy. Brian and Jenny were more than happy to help with any problems and provided an excellent welcome pack (and a dog treat) We enjoyed visiting Snettisham, Hunstanton and Sandringham during our stay. We would highly recommend this cottage 5⭐️

It was perfect in every way for myself and two friends for our pre Christmas break, there was nothing that had not been thought of including a really generous welcome hamper. So sorry we weren't able to thank personally before we left . l did come over to yours to say goodbye and thank you but l think you may have still been in bed as we had an early start to go to Stamford. Thank you once again. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year xxx
