Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This will be popular with walkers, cyclists and those wishing to bring their pet with them on holiday. Ideal as a touring base, with the Lincolnshire and Norfolk beaches within an hour’s drive. The property will be decorated for Christmas bookings, and stays from the 15th December will include a Christmas hamper which contains mince pies, cakes etc (dietary requirements can be advised to the owner).
Days out await you in the cathedral city of Lincoln, Stamford, home of the world-renowned Burghley Horse Trials, the National Trust Belton House and deer park, or enjoy the many good walks and cycle routes throughout the area and from the door. The Battle of Britain memorial Flight is 35 minutes away at Coningsby, and Sleaford, just 9 miles, is close by for shopping and amenities, with lots of tea rooms, cafés, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. Donington village is 5 miles with a supermarket, butchers, pub and takeaway restaurant. Shop and pub 2 miles at Billingborough.

The Pavilion is beautifully furnished, the bed, sofa and armchair are very comfortable, and it's equipped with everything we needed. There was constant hot water, so I was able to shower very early in the morning. The owners are friendly and helpful. The main reason we chose to stay at The Pavilion was that it has a big private garden, important for us as we have a very anxious dog who doesn't tolerate people, dogs or vehicles in 'his' space.. Unfortunately, the shared drive is actually part of the garden, and the dog got very stressed when people drove or walked through several times a day. We didn't spend as much time sitting out as we would have liked. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The cottage is lovely with all possible amenities provided. There is a large garden for any dogs to enjoy. although there is no shopping or pubs in the village, there are several excellent pubs in nearby villages and good shops in local towns. The hosts are magnificent, warm and friendly, and made us, including our dog, feel welcome and right at home. The Pavilion is highly recommended!
