Spacious and contemporary lodge perfect for family escape or couples retreat. Double with en suite shower, twin and triple bunk room. Shared bathroom with shower. open-plan living/kitchen/dining area with French doors leading out onto veranda with outdoor seating and outdoor hot tub. Two well behaved pets welcome.

Please note that a £50.00 security deposit is required on arrival. This is payable via pre authorisation on card.
There will be a security deposit payable on arrival - £100 for leisure lodges, and £150 for luxury lodges.
Please note: Same sex parties must be declared as an additional deposit of £250 must be paid in advance. This is refundable subject to damages.
Contractor parties are not accepted at this location.

Enjoyed our quiet and restful 3 night break here. Beautiful location, the lodge was very well equipped and maintained. Took our dog. We ate at Brewers cafe 3 times, for an evening meal, a breakfast and a Sunday lunch. Wifi reception excellent, kitchen well equipped with utensils, pots, crockery etc. Large fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. And a wine cooler! Large bathroom and ensuite in double bedroom. All staff very welcoming. Standout help given by site maintenance who offered help when he saw us grappling with the hot tub cover! Storm Amy had arrived during our break so windy and wet and we didn't sit out on the lodge veranda but did use the hot tub when the weather allowed. Do check if the site shop is open, it wasn't during our stay. But there are co-ops in nearby villages if you forget to bring basics. We were very comfortable in our lodge and will visit again.

Hot tub was lovely & of a size suitable for at least 6 people at once. Maintained daily & easy to use.Luxury lodge was well equipped & again of a size to fit all 7 occupants comfortably in the evenings, TV good & cooking facilities all good (although a very small microwave was provided to replace the fitted one which was obviously faulty). Generally well equippedHowever the drinks fridge was not usable as it was not wired in - the maintenance team were aware of this previously & action yet to be taken! disappointing! simple repair required.Also the supplied washing machine was extremely noisy on its rinse cycle, frightening to use. Also the waste pipe requires resealing judging by the smell from the small utility room.We were disappointed with the lack of provision for recyclable bins, 1 small wheelie bin on the whole site - although there were adequate general rubbish bins, not very 'green'.decent quality linens & furniture made for a comfortable stay.

What a gem of a find! I really struggled to find luxary accommodation where we could take our dog and get too within a couple of hours drive but I eventually found here! As soon as we saw our lodge at the bottom of the drive we all got goosebumps! The photos were exactly as advertised and we were all very excited! 1 week of pure tranquility and gorgeous surroundings where we all felt safe and very relaxed! Knowing we could watch our son 12yrs on his fishing peg daily from our veranda was just the icing on the cake! What amazing catches too - he just kept on reeling them in!! Amazing memories! We dined and drank at the bar a couple of times which was lovely, ordered a delivery from the local Chinese as per the welcome pack which again was tasty! Knowing the hot tub got checked daily was very reassuring … The lodge did get a strange sewerage smell now and then but nothing a few sprays of air freshener and bleach didn’t cure! 3 adults 1 child and 1 springer spaniel the lodge was just perfect for us! We didn’t want to leave! We have already been looking to rebook but it’s fully sold out! Sure we will make a return visit! The verenda needed a better sweeping and the bedding in the child’s room could have been of a newer quality (minor findings)
