Large seating area to front, with a fireplace and a flatscreen tv, Free wifi. Pull out double bed under sofa.

Open kitchen with a facing dining nook. Cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, slow cooker, crockery and cutlery. Full size fridge/freezer. High chair.

Bathroom with large shower cubicle.

To the back of the van, one twin room with single beds. Master bedroom holds a kingsize bed, window seat and plenty of wardrobe space with en-suite. Travel cot with extra mattress. Highchair.

Hairdryer, iron and board.

The caravan is on a lovely quiet park, (with only 58 vans) there is a clubhouse where you can enjoy a drink onsite. Karaoke on saturday nights. A playpark for the children.

Situated on the bank of the river Witham, its ideal for fishing, walking, canoeing and paddle boarding.

Close to Tattershall where there is a farm park and historic castle. Large pub and restaurant. Also a Chinese takeaway which delivers. Fish and chip shop and well stocked Co-op and post office.

Coningsby is just a little further along where there is an Indian restaurant and takeaway, kebab and pizza, Turkish restaurant and Chinese takeaway which all deliver to Riverview. Coningsby is also home to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.

Woodhall Spa has a number of great attractions, including world leading golf courses and driving range, many shops, cafes and an outdoor heated pool. The kinema in the woods is a lovely quaint old cinema which started life in 1922! Comprising 3 screens and showing a good selection of new films. Including matinee showings. It is a little hidden gem with live organist in some intervals.

The area is surrounded by many woods for walking and cycling.
