Boothby has to be one of the best properties we have ever rented. The house is immaculate and equipped as if it was a home. All the soft furnishings were excellent and the whole property was so clean you could eat your dinner of the heated floor. The welcome pack and the Halloween decorations were really thoughtful. Nice and quite location but close to Lincolnshire attractions.

The property is lovely and clean and has everything you need . Really nice touches from the owner like a bottle of wine and some beers etc in the fridge. Our stay was in October and the property was warm and cosy. Great place to stay and be close to the coast and other venues.

Very comfortable property. Extremely high quality decor, accessories and furniture. Enjoyed our stay. Good communication and very helpful.Perfect location to visit the coast.Only negative was a number of flies and showers were large so maybe some sort of rail as the floors were slippery even with mats. Would definitely recommend 👌
