Chainbridge Barns have been converted to provide superb luxury accommodation set close to the river Steeping, where there is the bonus of free river fishing within the grounds. Each barn has its own individual charm and are ideal for couples or a family of four to enjoy. Open views across the fields await you as does your own private enclosed garden to sit out and relax in.
A 10-minute stroll takes you into the centre of Wainfleet All Saints which is a quaint market town with an array of shops, pubs, restaurant and a railway station. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is just 5 miles away, and has a lovely sandy beach and family entertainment, including the Fantasy Island theme park. The National Trust properties of Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle are within easy driving distance. Visit bird and seal sanctuaries along the coast, or take a trip to medieval Lincoln, with its famous castle and cathedral, just 40 miles away, across the scenic, rolling Lincolnshire Wolds countryside. Beach 6 miles.

The accommodation was better than I expected very spacious and beds comfortable. Garden is huge and great hot tub The minus side is right next to the A52 and our Boston Terrier managed to get out luckily Keith was just returning from the shop and managed to grab her before a total disaster happened. The kitchen equipment is very sparse not even a bowl to use for mixing. If you are happy to leave your door open at the front in your ground floor bedroom you can get fresh air if not there are no windows to open. Would have liked to clean en-suite better but there are no cleaning items for you to use. This did not stop us enjoying our holiday and is only a helpful gesture to owner or if you stay what you need to take with you

Really enjoyed our week at 1 Chainbridge Barn. Craig was very helpful and was on hand if needed. The hot tub was great albeit a bit hot with the we were having (30 degrees). Skegness was a short drive up the road and the dog friendly beaches were very good. Lovely walks around the accommodation too.Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

We enjoyed our week's holiday at this cottage and it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The hot tub was an added bonus. I would however not return due to it being so close to the A52 and would not let my dog off in the garden just in case he managed to escape onto the busy road. The owner told me the garden was enclosed but was so worried that my dog would find a way out.
