The apartment was very good value with plenty of parking nearby. It is located very close to the coast and to some eateries, pubs and cafes, amusements and entertainment as well as the buses to Skegness and Mablethorpe. It had a reasonably well equipped kitchen, a good shower and a nice wall mounted flame effect fire heater. However it was dusty and poorly cleaned (including crockery and kitchen items). The apartment is in need of some upgrading and love and attention. It is very close to a pub so noise levels are high at times into the late hours. The walls are also thin. Guests have to make up their own beds on arrival and strip them on departure. Towels are not provided. Bring toilet paper! The landing entrance area to the four apartments is frankly off putting with an unpleasant smell, dirty floors and numerous mops, buckets and brushes left outside the units. Even a cupboard for these would improve the ambience a little.

The apartment room was lovely and spacious, the pub needs to learn to be quiet after certain hours. After 2am people carried on being noisy outside Friday-sunday . You prayed for rain as that's only time when noone likes to drink outside. Luckily it did rain majority of the time being there..Our apartment had a toilet leak everytime you flush, you make the reception aware of it, the people come to inspect it and left to say they'll get it fixed soon as, but nope. On leaving to check out the reception was clueless and the lovely worker who cleans the place even told them about the problem.. obviously noone talks with the holiday area. As they had to let the place out the same day so the next bunch off people will have the same issue as I did..

Had a lovely apartment,basic facilities but when on holiday it's just a base ,due to being above a shop being renovated and banging, drilling and sawing till the early hours we had sleepless nights but on reporting it the staff were real helpful
