Nice compact chalet located on a chalet park in Chapel St Leonards. Within walking distance of the town centre where there are supermarkets, gift shops, take aways, amusement arcades and cafes. The beach is also within walking distance (15-20 minutes walk) and we loved the wide sandy expanse and dunes. Minimally equipped with kitchen items but enough to manage to prepare ready meals. Full sized oven, 2 ring electric hob, microwave, small fridge/freezer, toaster. Great TV with good sound quality and large screen Good fast broadband Comfortable beds and nice large fluffy towelsAir conditioning unit which doubles up as a heaterIdeal for myself and my husband but I think it would have been cramped with more people. Not able to bring the car right up to the chalet to unload and load luggage. We had to carry all our bags cases etc over a fairly large grassy area which wasn’t a problem for us, but may be for someone who is less able bodied. Luckily it wasn’t dark or raining. Good sized car park, and parking wasn't an issue at all No curtains or blinds in the living room. The windows are tinted and the chalet wasn’t overlooked, but on a dark and stormy night, it’s nice to be able to shut it out and feel safe and cosy. Nice walk in shower, but the sink in the bathroom was incredibly small. Good value for money though, and a lovely area to visit and explore.

Lovely place with friendly hosts. Great instructions left for settling in, and were on hand to help with anything. Location was great to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
