Bike store. Electric car charging point, at cost. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden.. Situated in the grounds of the owners home just a stones throw from the centre of Wainfleet and all its amenities. Ideal whether you are looking to sit back and relax in this cosy barn conversion or use it as a touring base for this area of the east coast. Wainfleet is home to Batemans Brewery and its visitor centre as well as a good selection of shops and eateries. The pub serving good food is a short walk away as is the bus stop or the railway station, which would take you into the traditional seaside resort of Skegness.
For nature lovers there is plenty of wildlife to be found on the nearby marshes at Friskney or visit Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve for great walks and observation points for the wildlife and migrating birds. Beach 5 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

Very happy with the cottage. It was a lovely getaway with everything you needed. Hosts were great, approachable and if needed could be on hand. Could not fault the price for the weeks stay. Would recommend and would book again.

Great little cottage in Wainfleet with good local amenities on the doorstep. I have used this cottage before because of its great location and how easy it is to get around Lincolnshire. It also has a local train station, which I used to get to Lincoln on this trip.The cottage is very clean and well-equipped, with the hosts just 50 yards away in the house next door. Vicky and Matt (the hosts) are friendly but not intrusive; they also have an electric vehicle charging point and a washing machine if you need one.

What a find! The cottage is so comfortable and clean. All mod cons and plenty of kitchen equipment and dinner ware. 2 minutes walking distance from the town. Wainfleet has a lot to offer and we shall be back for more. E/V charging a plus.
