Electric car charging point, at cost. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Situated in the grounds of the owners home just a stones throw from the centre of Wainfleet and all its amenities. Ideal whether you are looking to sit back and relax in this cosy barn conversion or use it as a touring base for this area of the east coast. Wainfleet is home to Batemans Brewery and its visitor centre as well as a good selection of shops and eateries. The pub serving good food is a short walk away as is the bus stop or the railway station, which would take you into the traditional seaside resort of Skegness.
For nature lovers there is plenty of wildlife to be found on the nearby marshes at Friskney or visit Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve for great walks and observation points for the wildlife and migrating birds. Beach 5 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

Careful! Too high a recommendation could lead to it becoming unavailable - seriously for a second visit it will obviously lead to a third. A cottage that wraps itself around you and has all that you could possibly want. Still more to explore in the area and possibly equally as worthy of a visit.Huge thanks to Vicky and Matt - perfect hosts.

Coley Cottage is centrally located in Wainfleet ideal for attending the Bateman's Brewery Tour, also a short drive to the Coast. We were pleased that *Vicky made it a priority to meet us, making sure everything was in order and emphasising that we could contact them at any time. We enjoyed the comfort of our accommodation which catered well for a couple and very clean.*Matt was also very helpful & friendly
