About this property

This is our lovely adapted caravan available to everyone with ramped access and decking area, double glazing, central heating, WiFi and a car parking space to the side.

The lounge has a corner sofa with a pull out bed, free standing dining table and 4 chairs and a 32" TV/DVD player and radio .

Wide galley style kitchen with lowed sink and work top, fridge freezer and everything you would need for an enjoyable stay.

Large wet room with sliding doors, power shower, has a pull down seat so you can sit while you have a shower, toilet with pull down handle at one side and a grab rail the other side, sink and storage unit.

There is a very large master bedroom with sliding door you can comfortably get a wheelchair into this bedroom, it has 2 full size single beds with bedside tables lamps and 2 single built in wardrobes.

The smaller twin bedroom has 2 full sized single beds with wardrobes over them.

*unfortunately we do not have a hoist or profiling bed currently but there is an over the bed monkey bar.



Access to the main Butlins site is an easy 5 min walk with accesses under the well lit tunnel or you can take the car as there is disabled parking on the main site.

Bedding available £30 per booking , unfortunately we cannot get beds made up this year.

*** Bookings for family breaks will include 2 adult's and 2 children's entertainment passes to enable you to access butlins swimming and entertainment venues, please ask for a price if you require more or less passes.***

*** Adult big weekenders price you see is for caravan hire only passes will need to be added at a cost of £40 per person to your break, no under 18s will be permitted and everyone staying in the van must have a pass or access will not be permitted on to the site. Please let us know when booking how many passes will be required***

***As you may have seen Butlins guests can pre book their shows in centre stage and studio 36 Unfortunately this is not an option for caravan guests. To access the shows you will join the non booked que where a percentage of seats will have been saved however entry to a particular show cannot be guaranteed but with these venues having such large capacity especially studio 36 this has not really been an issue.

Swimming, Reds and the skyline are all once again free flow so just turn up and que like normal ***

Check out is 10am and the caravan needs to be left in a clean tidy condition ie pots washed and away bins emptied, or your security bond may be deducted. Sorry no pets and no smoking in the van.

The popular Lincolnshire seaside town of Skegness offers a Blue Flag beach with a clean, golden sandy shoreline, and an attractive promenade where the young and the not-so-young can relax or play. Skegness offers an array of outdoor and indoor attractions; visit Natureland seal sanctuary and animal centre, Captain Kids Adventure World, Jolly Roger golfing, Laserquest, indoor bowling, arcade games, a traditional funfair, Skegness pier and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Skegness also enjoys a wide variety of shops and café’s along with a vibrant nightlife, whether it be a show at the Embassy theatre, eating out in one of its many restaurants or dancing the night away clubbing. Just a little further along the coastline is the resort of Ingoldmells, home to Fantasy Island adventure park, and the largest outdoor market in Europe along with yet more lovely sandy beach for you to enjoy. Skegness offers something for every family member to enjoy on a seaside holiday!
