The prices of family breaks include up to 2 adult and 2 kid passes, or you can just have up to 3 adult passes. If any more are needed, they will be an extra £52 for adults aged 15+ and £ 32 for kids aged 2 - 14. Children under 2 do not need a pass.

NO PASSES WITH THE ADULT MUSIC BIG WEEKENDER'S, THEY WILL COST EXTRA £40 Each

Even if you're not going over to the Butlins site you still require a pass for the caravan (Butlins policy).

3 bedrooms, sleeps up to 8 people with wardrobe & cupboard space in each bedroom, central heating, double glazing.

Lounge seating turns into a pull-out bed.

All beds have bed linen changed after each guest leaves so beds are always fresh and clean for the next arrival.

There is a cooker, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, toastie machine, pans, dinner service, cutlery, mugs, glasses, plastic plates & cups, etc.

CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL PANS , AIR FRYER , FRIDGE , MICROWAVE ECT.. ARE CLEANED BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE CARAVAN

IF THEY ARE LEFT USED & DIRTY IT WILL RESULT IN YOU NOT RECEIVING THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR REFUNDABLE BOND BACK WE WILL KEEP £50 TO PAY FOR THE CLEANER !

There is a First Aid kit.

Smart TV in lounge, coffee table, dining table.

Iron & ironing board, hair dryer, clothes airer.

Baby bath, high chair, bouncer, changing mat, travel cot (must provide own bedding).

A few toys and games are under the seating in the dining area for kids to play with

2 separate toilets & hand basins & 1 shower.

1 weekend in April & 3 weekends in May are limited entertainment for caravan guests.

Guests must bring their own towels and toiletries.

There will also be a £100 refundable bond which you will receive back providing there are no damages to the caravan or accessories inside the caravan.

No smoking at all in the caravan, any signs of smoking, smell etc will result in the bond money paying to have the caravan cleaned professionally!!

There is enough space to park 2 cars at the side of the caravan on the slabbed area. If you park on the grass, your £100 security bond money will be kept to repair the grass

And if you have to be towed off grass you will be billed for that by butlins (BUTLIN'S POLICY)

Theres a small patio space outside the caravan.
