About this property

We have decided to allow some other families to have some fun in our Pride and Joy! The caravan has seen our two children make the most incredible memories throughout their childhood. Situated on its plot for almost 11 years, this holiday home is well established and has brought us fun, birthday celebrations and more. We have lovely neighbours and there is a great vibe surrounding us.

We want families to enjoy it like we have, we will not be renting during adult only breaks, and the caravan is specifically for young families.

We have two bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge.

Everything has a home from home feel to it, you'll find all your essentials here.

Bedroom 1 is a twin bedroom for the kids

Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with an ensuit and fitted wardrobes/TV and plenty of room for a little travel cot.

The bathroom is basic and modern with a nice shower.

Outside we have a veranda with a nice rattan set, and lights, perfect for those summer nights with a cocktail in hand. Loads of space around it for fun and games, and arw own parking space. We are also south facing and really feel the summer months.

All of our breaks will include 4 Butlins entertainment passes, not to worry though extra ones can be purchased for your whole break too.

Please note we are not a two family/two car caravan we are purposely offering bookings to a family. Are prices are cheaper, we have central heating, a fire and all appliances for a great stay including WiFi. The caravan is a little older but is practical and has been well cared for. It is not an immaculate lodge which is reflected in the price.

We are a strictly no smoking caravan too, making sure the air is fresh for you and your family.
