About this property

Our brand new holiday home has full central heating and fully double glazed. There is a short walk to the main Butlins complex.

There is a large lounge area with modern electric fire. There is a pull out double bed complete with memory foam mattress.

Smart TV with Netflix, Xbox 360 1S, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. Some games and DVD's.

Well equipped kitchen including full size gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, dolce gusto coffee machine, plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, utensils and pots and pans. There are also plates, bowls and cutlery for children.

There is a high chair, travel cot and bed rail for children.

The master bedroom has a double bed with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort. Double wardrobe, cupboards and overhead shelving.

The two twin bedrooms have two single beds a single wardrobe, cupboards and overhead shelving.

The shower room has a large shower unit, toilet, wash basin and towel storage.

There is also a separate toilet cubicle with wash basin.

Outside there is a parking space. To the side of the caravan there is a large decking area with a comfortable corner rattan seating area with a table and large parasol. There is a lockable gate on this decking making it safe for young children.

There is also decking to the front of the caravan accessed by large patio doors complete with bistro set, egg chair and parasol.

Prices include 2 adult and 2 child passes. FOR FULL WEEKS BOOKED ONLY. Extra passes can be purchased. Over 16’s are classed as adults in Butlins. In peak times adult passes for a week are £52 and child passes are £31.

Live music weekends adult only passes available for £40 per person. No more than 6 adults per booking.

CARAVAN CANNOT BE BOOKED WITHOUT BUTLINS PASSES.

A £75 refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. This deposit will be refunded once the caravan has been checked over and no damages are found. Any damages must be reported to me at the time.

Full payment must be made at least 8 weeks prior to holiday, after which the deposit is non-refundable.

Prices shown are Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday however full weeks are available just enquire. Full weeks shown in summer holidays however just enquire I may be able to accommodate your request.

As soon as full payment is received you will receive your sublet form which you will need to check in.

Check in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. The lead guest will have to check in, please provide photo id to ensure check in can be completed.

Do not worry if you arrive late, if the reception is closed the security at the gatehouse will have your welcome pack and caravan keys.

On departure day the caravan must be vacated by 10am and the keys handed back to reception or security gatehouse.

You can still use Butlins facilities once the keys have been handed in.

On adult weekenders all guests must have ID to prove that they are over 18. Access will be denied if ID is not shown.

I have endeavoured to make this a holiday home and not just a caravan. All I ask is that you respect this and leave the holiday home in a clean and tidy condition. If you are booking for a full week a welcome pack will be supplied .There will also be items in the cupboards that you can use.
