About this property

Nestled on the delightful Cherry Park resort in the seaside village of Chapel St Leonards, is this wonderful, single-storey chalet, 19 Cherry Park. This contemporary chalet welcomes families and couples looking to relax in this coastal region of Lincolnshire. Upon arrival you are greeted by an off-road parking space before stepping onto the enclosed veranda; here you can enjoy your cup of tea in the morning sunshine. The open-plan living space offers a light and airy feel and is smartly designed with all the amenities required for a self-catered stay. The kitchen hosts an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge, whilst the sitting area provides a Smart TV for all your on-demand entertainment. As you look to settle down for the night, there are two neatly presented bedrooms to catch your rest, while the gleaming shower room is where you can freshen up before the day ahead. The local village of Chapel St Leonards is delightful, offering a selection of wonderful restaurants and takeaways where you can grab a portion of fish and chips and take in stunning coastal vistas. Amble along the beach into the village of Anderby Creek for a quieter location or enjoy thrilling rides at Fantasy Island in the village of Ingoldmells. If exploration takes you further afield then the bustling town of Skegness is worth a visit; start off by exploring the beautiful Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, home to a selection of wildlife including seals, deer and birds. Then, head to the Skegness Aquarium to see some of the interesting creatures that live in the ocean depths. All this and much more awaits at 19 Cherry Park.

Seven miles from the well-known resort of Skegness is the charming tiny village of Chapel St. Leonards, which is located on the Lincolnshire coast. Traditional stores, neighbourhood family pubs, and a range of eateries and cafes abound in the town centre. Brightly painted beach houses contribute to the attractiveness of this quaint community, which is the ideal spot to unwind on the lovely long sandy beaches and sand dunes. Families can rent motorboats, quad bikes, play crazy golf, or just go fishing at Chapel St. Leonards' excellent recreation facility. The Chapel Carnival Parade takes place every year and features a fireworks show on the promenade in addition to a variety of imaginative floats and activities on the Village Green. Only three miles away in Ingoldmells lies Fantasy Island Theme Park, and both the thriving, larger resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe are worthwhile excursions.

There was everything you wanted if you. needed to cook. The 2 bedrooms were lovely and the bed was very comfortable we slept well the shower and bathroom was very nice shower very good. The balcony is a good addition as when it was fine it was nice to sit out and relax in the sun. And finally being able to take the dog with us as normally we have had to get someone to look after her or kennels. It was lovely being able to take her with us. Thank you for everything we loved it and will be looking to book again. Thanks

Although it’s small it’s well placed and pleasantly decorated. You provide almost everything we needed for a week away. The only things we had problems with were the very low sofas which is down to our age

We slept very well! It is only a short walk from the beach and it definitely fitted our requirements for a short stay at the seaside in March. The chalet is stocked with enough crockery and kitchen items. The bathroom is lovely as is the shower which has good pressure. The only comment I have is about the step up from the ground to the veranda area which is very high. It would be easier for your renters if a step could be added. My sister is disabled but mobile and had to have help to get in and out of the veranda area.
